Hi! I want to share my kitchen remodel (and my many other projects) with you. Colin (my honey) and I decided to take on this large project which gets bigger by the day and we wanted a place to document all our fun and all our not so fun. If you have any questions don't hesitate to send me a note.

Woodn't you know it...
it is a hardwood floor nailer! We finished installing the hardwood and it is finished being finished. I would say how amazing it is but, since the finishing products tend to be quite toxic we volunteered to go away for a few days for the floor to cure and for me to cure as well, I don't have any pictures. I promise to post pictures of our beautifully cohesive red oak floors that bring out the yummy honey color of the cabinets when we return to our new dance kitchen floor. Yay!

Painting! The many colors of white
So what color white did we choose for our newly painted drywall. Well first this bright white blueish drywall primer so that the semigloss of the finish coat would not look blotchy. And the color coat? White. Just kidding. Antique White by Valspar. It is more creamy with just a hint of yellow which really softened the feel of the walls. Thanks to mom and auntie for the painting party they threw me for my birthday ( I know I am way behind in posting, sorry). Now that the walls are beautiful we can wire up the kitchen and make it hot- as in have electricity again!
Guess again?
Do you know what this is?
